Buell Tube Frame Fuel Pump- complete rebuilt assembly

We started with a good fuel pump chassis and completely rebuilt it using our Aagaard Moto Foundry fuel pump kit. The pump itself from our kit is the factory supplied OEM Walbro pump made in the USA 🇺🇸. All the components are brand new, including the strainer, pump, low fuel sensor, clamp, connectors, and pump to chassis seal. You will receive all new seals, and even the external fuel filter with clamps.

This is pricey, we realize this. However these brand new units are all gone, and there was a considerable cost for us to source this pump chassis. In its current pricing we charge nothing for the rebuild labor itself. Our kit alone is $285 as outfitted, then consider the pump chassis and the labor to clean, repair and install new components.

This unit has been pressure tested to assure it has no issues, leaks, and builds the proper line pressure. We have only one of these in stock, once it’s gone we will not be able to offer another.
